Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 7, 2025
SeaBird Solutions, LLC (“SeaBird,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices when using SeaBird Concentration. Notice at collection: we collect limited personal information to provide and secure the game, process payments, and—if you consent—measure usage.
What we collect
- Minimal gameplay data (e.g., score, play time, match count) and client-side storage to run the game.
- Account data for Pro (email, name, and authentication metadata).
- Payments via our processor (e.g., Stripe). At paid signup, we disclose identifiers and commercial info to Stripe (name, email, billing postal code, transaction metadata) to create/manage your customer profile. We don’t store full card details.
- Support messages you send us (your email and message content).
- Logs & security telemetry (e.g., IP address, user-agent, referrer host, timestamps, error/diagnostic info, coarse location inferred from IP, session and engagement metrics) for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
How we use data
- Provide and improve SeaBird Concentration (including Free and Pro features).
- Process payments and manage subscriptions.
- Respond to support requests and communicate important service updates.
- Protect against fraud, abuse, and security incidents; comply with law.
Integrity, Security & Anti-Cheat
To protect fairness and service integrity, we analyze limited telemetry (e.g., page events, timing metrics, abnormal interaction patterns, IP address, user-agent, and referrer host) to detect spam, fraud, and automated gameplay. Violations may result in score resets, limits, suspension, or termination.
Cookies, local storage & consent
We use necessary cookies and client-side storage to operate the site. Optional analytics (if enabled by you) are controlled by your consent choices. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC); when your browser sends GPC, optional storage is set to “denied.” Change preferences anytime in Cookie Preferences.
Analytics (GA4): If enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 configured with privacy-protective defaults. GA4 does not log or store IP addresses. Google Signals and ads features remain disabled unless you opt in.
Sharing & processors
We share data with service providers that help us run SeaBird Concentration, under contracts that limit their use of your data. Examples include:
- Payments: Stripe (billing, subscription management). At paid signup, identifiers and commercial information are automatically disclosed to Stripe to create/manage your profile. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
- Analytics (optional): Google Analytics (if you grant consent).
- Security/anti-abuse: reCAPTCHA (on certain forms/pages) and SeaBird Taylon telemetry (GPC-aware and cookie-optional).
- Hosting/infrastructure: providers we use to operate the service.
We don’t sell personal information and we don’t “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the service.
Data retention & location
- Gameplay/account data: kept until you delete your account or up to 12 months of inactivity, then deleted or anonymized.
- Diagnostics/crash logs & analytics (if enabled): kept up to 90 days, then deleted or aggregated.
- IP addresses & security logs: kept 30–90 days for anti-abuse and troubleshooting, then deleted or aggregated.
- Billing/transaction records: kept as required by law (e.g., tax/audit).
Storage generally occurs in the United States; we use appropriate safeguards for any transfers.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring). Never share your password or one-time codes. Enter payment details only on our provider’s hosted checkout pages. Where present, forms may be protected by reCAPTCHA and display: “Protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms apply.”
Your choices & rights
- Play Free without creating an account.
- Clear local data via your browser or the in-game reset.
- Change cookie/consent settings anytime in Cookie Preferences.
- Request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support@seabird.biz. We’ll verify and respond as required by applicable law.

We also provide in-product controls in Cookie Preferences. Oregon’s requirement begins January 1, 2026.
Children & educators
SeaBird Concentration is designed for team building and is not directed to children, including those under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact support@seabird.biz and we will delete it.
Educators: please use Free mode without creating accounts for minors or uploading student personal information. If your institution requires a data-protection addendum, contact us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. If a change is material, we’ll provide reasonable notice (e.g., email or in-app) where feasible.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell personal information and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can still email a request to support@seabird.biz or enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser, which we honor.
