Subscriptions & Billing

• Pro: $24/year, auto-renews until cancelled; renewal terms are shown at checkout. Taxes may apply based on your location.
• You can use Free without an account. Pro features require an active subscription.
• Payments are securely processed by our provider (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full card details on our servers.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancel any time before renewal to stop future charges; access remains active through the end of the paid term.
• Cancel from your account’s billing portal or email support@seabird.biz using your receipt email.
• Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable and there are no prorated refunds for partial periods.

Acceptable Use & Your Content

You are responsible for the content you upload. Only upload words/images that you have rights to use and that are appropriate for general audiences. You retain ownership of your content; you grant us a limited license to host/process it to operate the service.

Violations (e.g., unlawful, harassing, obscene, or infringing content) may lead to removal, suspension, or termination, and we may report unlawful activity to authorities where warranted.

Security & Phishing

We’ll never ask for your password or full payment details by email or chat. Enter payment information only on our provider’s hosted checkout pages. SeaBird Concentration may use reCAPTCHA; Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the service or these terms to improve functionality, address security, or comply with law. If a change is material, we’ll provide reasonable notice (e.g., email or in-app) where feasible. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
